Order at least three weeks before the wedding. Each item is made to order in our U.S. workshops in 3–5 business days and then shipped, and the extra time leaves room for any last-minute changes to your engraving.

Can Giftshire handle matching personalized gifts for a full bridal party?

Yes. Can personalized wedding gifts be returned or exchanged at Giftshire?

Personalized gifts can't be returned for a change of mind. But if your gift arrives broken or damaged, or we made a mistake with the personalization, we'll fix it; contact us within a week of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
